Active Ingridients and Indication

For short term treatment (8 days) on mild to severe pruritus patient with eczematous dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis andlichen simplex chronicus

Contraindication

Sensitive patient to doxepill, patient with alcoholic preparation treatment, central nerve system depressants, cimetidine, metabolized medicines with cytochrome P450 PID, and monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor, patient
with narrow angle glaucoma, patient with urine retension, children below 12 years old.

Store in a tightly closed container below 270C

Apply evenly in a thin layer on the treated skin 4 times a day in 3-4 hours interval. Treatment may be continued to 8 days. Children: not for children under 12 years old

For external use only, inapplicable for eyes, oral or intravaginal administration. Use as instructed, not more than 8 days. Do not apply on wider areas beyond the suggestion. Apply Sagalon(E) cream evenly in a thin layer only on the administered area. Do not use bandage as it may increase the doxepin absorption. Consult your physician if no progress presented, or get worse within 8 days. During Sagalong Cream usage, do not consume alcohol/alcoholic preparation, do not consume other medicine unless those prescribed by the physician. Do not drive vehicle, operate machine, or other jobs requiring high concentration during Sagalong) cream treatment. Possible sleepiness prominently, to patient of more than 10% body surface treatment. On Severe sleepiness, reduce Sagalong cream dosage, and stop its usage following Consultation with the physician. Possible mouth dryness. Consume candy, ice cream. Visit a dentist in case of more than 2 week mouth dryness. Not suggested for pregnant and lactating mother. Careful use on patient with urine retension, liver failure, mania.
