Composition

Each ml Solution contains clindamycin phosphate equivalent to 10 mg

Mechanism of Action

Clindamycin phosphate is an ester that inactive in vitro, but invivo will rapidly hydrolysed to an active clindamycin as the antibacterial. Clindamycin inhibits invitro propionibacterium acnes growth and may decrease the total 14% to 2% free fatty acid on skin surface.

Indications

Acne vulgaris medication

Contraindications
  1. Patient with clindamycin or lincomycin hypersensivity history
  2. Patient with enteritis, ulcerative colitis, colitis history
Storage

Store in a tightly closed container at 15-30°C temperature

  1. For external use only. Apply this product on affected areas once to twice a day.
  2. Before its application, wash the affected areas then put a thin layer of Medi-King)
  3. Overdose : No specific medication. In case of allergic reactions, administer emergency therapy, such as with Corticosteroids, adrenaline, and antihistamines.
  4. Shake well before use.
  5. Do not use this product adjacent to fire, heat, or while smoking.

  2. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, or other mucous membranes.
  3. Do not use excessively, unless as otherwise prescribed
  4. Topical Clindamycin is absorbable on skin surface, so as similar to oral usage, Stop using this product, in case of diarrhea.
  5. Careful administration on atopic patients
  6. Careful administration on pregnant and lactating mother, prescribed only if necessary.
  7. Not prescribed for children under 12 years old, because of unknown Safety and efficacy.
